The World Health Organization’s Results Report 2020-2021 highlights how WHO has supported countries around the world to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic while also responding to other health emergencies and continuing work on longstanding health challenges.

Emmeline wrote output and country narratives for the WHO European Region, highlighting achievements, challenges and results. She worked closely with regional and country teams to ensure accurate and engaging content that reflected the reality of the Organization’s work.
