Accelerating access to drinking water and household sanitation is key to achieving the sustainable development goals. FCDO funded Accelerating Sanitation, Water and Hygiene for All (ASWA) II, a UNICEF programme that aims to achieve sustained access to sanitation, water supply and long-term adoption of hygiene practices in project areas across 10 countries. Itad, along with partners Iwel and Aguaconsult, provides third-party monitoring support to FCDO.

Emmeline supported the Itad IMV team to learn lessons from their work on ASWA II. She designed and facilitated two lesson learning workshops with the global team, using Zoom and an online whiteboard to capture outputs, and supported the content writing and design of a learning brief and slide deck for FCDO.
