Emmeline provides Knowledge Management support to IOD PARC, advising on knowledge capture, use, and sharing. She held a series of interviews with stakeholders from across the organisation and has mapped the organisation’s knowledge landscape. Through ongoing consultation with Senior Leaders, she will lead on identified knowledge and communications priorities throughout 2021, including internal reflective practice processes, company events and knowledge sharing and knowledge IT infrastructure.
